Chris Harris is a Percussionist, Composer and Educator from Fairfield, California. He currently lives in Sacramento, California after having just finished his schooling from California State University - Sacramento. There he received multiple degrees including a Bachelor of Music Education and Music Performance, as well as more recently a Master of Music in Music Performance. Outside of school he is a local freelance musician playing in ensembles such as Modesto Opera, Sacramento Mastersingers, and Auburn Symphony. Alongside his ensemble work, he also has performed as a soloist in which he has won awards at the Regional Day of Percussion hosted at Fresno State University multiple times, and has performed at the NCPP (National Conference on Percussion Pedagogy) in 2023.
